Nursing Pool Australia places nurses into aged-care homes and hospitals right across Australia. Their whole business rests on one thing: getting the right nurse into the right shift, quickly, while staying fully compliant.

Done by hand, that meant a growing pile of CVs, spreadsheets for who was working where, and endless email threads to track contracts, onboarding and which facilities still needed cover. It worked, but it was slow, easy to get wrong, and impossible to grow without constantly adding admin staff. They needed one system to run the whole operation.

What we built

We built them a single platform that runs the entire staffing operation, from the moment a nurse applies to the day their contract ends.

A nurse uploads their CV once and the system reads it and builds a complete, searchable profile on its own. Recruiters search the talent pool in plain English, see the best-matched and available nurses instantly, assign them to a facility, then track that placement, its contract dates, onboarding and renewals, all in the same place.
