The challenge

Choosing aged care for a parent is one of the hardest, most emotional decisions a family makes, and it almost always starts online. Peaceful Pines, a family-run home in Darfield founded by a registered nurse, needed a website that felt as warm and trustworthy as the care they give, not a cold corporate brochure.

They also needed to keep it current themselves. A small team cannot wait on a developer every time a photo, a job opening or a piece of news needs to change.

What we built

We designed and built a warm, accessible, mobile-first website that tells the family story and makes the next step easy. Families can explore the different levels of care and living options, see real photos, read testimonials from other families and residents, and book a tour or get in touch in a couple of taps.

Behind it sits a simple content system that puts the team in control. Care services, amenities, gallery photos, news, job listings, FAQs and testimonials can all be updated in minutes, and changes appear on the site straight away, with no developer and no waiting.
